Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be processed the following business day. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions and destination.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $150 or more before tax. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed. Free shipping is available for the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur additional shipping charges.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
At this time, we ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to international destinations. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping availability.
Certain products (chemicals, flammable materials, pressurized containers) are classified as hazardous materials and are subject to shipping restrictions. These items may only be shipped via ground transportation and cannot be delivered via overnight or expedited shipping. Additional hazmat surcharges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified and must go through our returns process.
