We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, quantity, or product, please follow the return process above and indicate your preferred exchange item. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item. Defective items may be returned at any time within the manufacturer's warranty period.
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered), we provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping is free.
